Materials Data on LaInHg2 by Materials Project
LaHg2In is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. La is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Hg and six equivalent In atoms. All La–Hg bond lengths are 3.26 Å. All La–In bond lengths are 3.77 Å. Hg is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent La and four equivalent In atoms. All Hg–In bond lengths are 3.26 Å. In is bonded in a distorted body-centered cubic geometry to six equivalent La and eight equivalent Hg atoms.
