3-hourly VARANAL for ACE-ENA June 2017 to February 2018
Abstract
The Aerosol and Cloud Experiments in the Eastern North Atlantic (ACE-ENA) field campaign is an ongoing campaign at Graciosa Island in the Azores, focusing on marine boundary layer structure and associated vertical distributions and horizontal variabilities of low clouds and aerosol. We have received a request from users to derive the forcing for the ACE-ENA campaign. The data will be based on ECMWF reanalysis data, and combined with available observations to test the impacts of including some of the observations. The available measurements including surface met stations, buoy stations and satellite data.
