The possibilities for a future linear e{sup +}e{sup {minus}} collider with polarized beams to set limits on values of the anomalous three-boson WW{gamma} and WWZ parameters from data on the e{sup +}e{sup {minus}} {yields} W{sup +}W{sup {minus}} process are studied. The dependence of the resulting bounds on the choice of procedure for data processing is discussed. It is shown that experiments with longitudinally polarized beams permit a significant enhancement of the sensitivity of observables to the anomalous parameters k{sub v} and {lambda}{sub v} (V = {gamma},Z) of three-boson vertices. It is also noted that, in the case when polarized W{sub L}W{sub L} and W{sub T}W{sub T} final states are detected, it will be possible to distinguish between the k{sub v} and {lambda}{sub v} dependence of observables and to obtain more stringent bounds on the anomalous couplings. 17 refs., 15 figs., 2 tabs.
