A Measurement of B(D0 -> K- pi+ pi0)/B(D0 -> K- pi+)

Using a sample of 3.1 fb{sup -1} integrated luminosity accumulated with the CLEO II detector at the Cornell Electron Storage Ring, they measure the ratio of branching fractions {Beta}(D{sup 0} {yields} K{sup -}{pi}{sup +}{pi}{sup 0})/{Beta}(D{sup 0} {yields} K{sup -}{pi}{sup +}) = 3.81 {+-} 0.07 {+-} 0.26, the most precise determination of this quantity to date.
