More than 400 miles of undersea pipeline will be installed in the North Sea during 1975 and prospects for another 400 miles appear likely for 1976. Three major projects account for most of the 1975 pipelaying; some 96 miles is expected to be installed in the Brent system; about 150 miles of the Frigg Field to St. Fergus Phase I 32-in. pipeline will be completed in 1975; and 75 miles of 36-in. gas line have been built for Pennzoil Nederland Co. from the K-13 field to Den Helden, Netherlands.
