Electroexcitation of the T/sub 0/ + 1 giant M1 resonance in /sup 58/,/sup 60/Ni

Using inelastic electron scattering, several isobaric analog 1/sup +/ states between 9 and 13 MeV excitation in /sup 58/Ni and /sup 60/Ni have been found. They are identified as components of the T/sub 0/ + 1 giant M1 state in /sup 58/,/sup 60/Ni. (AIP)
