Three-hump potential barrier in the /sup 234/Th nucleus

Fission penetrability is calculated for the /sup 234/Th nucleus by extending Cramer and Nix's method to a three-hump potential barrier where a second intermediate well is present. The computed results compare favorably with experimental results. (AIP)
