Photoproduction of charged intermediate vector bosons

We consider the photoproduction of charged intermediate vector bosons W/sup +/ or W/sup -/ with an arbitrary anomalous magnetic moment kappae2M/sub W/. The cross sections at high energies are shown to increase logarithmically with sM/sub W//sup 2/ except for the case kappa = 1, where a constant cross section equal to ..sqrt..2..cap alpha.. G/sub F/ is reached. The deep-inelastic photoproduction of W/sup + -/is calculated in a quark-parton model and we present numerical results for the total and the differential cross sections.
