Modified version of f/P universality in the triple-Regge region

It is argued, within the framework of a two-component picture of the Pomeron, that f/P universality must be modified when relating PPP and PfP to other triple-Regge terms. The authors then find an improved deviation from scaling for the pp ..-->.. pX cross section in the triple-Regge region. (AIP)
