Deviation from scaling in the triple-Regge region of pp $Yields$ pX and f/P universality

By generalizing f/P universality to Regge-particle scattering,'' sd sigma /dt dM/sup 2/ = F(s/M/sup 2/,t)STA1 + M/sup -1/ b/sub f/(0)/b/sub p/(0)! is o btained for pp yields pX, where b/sub f/(t) and b/sub p/(t) are the f and P Regge residues for, say, pp yields pp. This agrees with the recent NAL data.
