Recent results from the CLEO Collaboration on both inclusive and exclusive radiative [ital B] decays are used to constrain the parameter space of two versions of the left-right symmetric model. In the first scenario, when the left- and right-handed Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa mixing matrices are equal, [ital V][sub [ital L]]=[ital V][sub [ital R]], the radiative [ital B] decay data are shown to lead to strong bounds on the [ital W][sub [ital L]-][ital W][sub [ital R]] mixing angle that are quite insensitive to either the top quark or [ital W][sub [ital R]] mass. The second scenario examined is that of Gronau and Wakaizumi wherein [ital b]-quark decays proceed only via right-handed currents and [ital V][sub [ital L]] and [ital V][sub [ital R]] are quite distinct. For this model, the combined constraints from Fermilab Tevatron [ital W][sub [ital R]] searches, the [ital B] lifetime, and radiative [ital B] decays lead to a very highly restricted allowed range for the [ital W][sub [ital L]-][ital W][sub [ital R]] mixing angle.
