Heavy-lepton production in e/sup -/e/sup +/ annihilation. [Differential cross sections, final states]

In order to test the ansatz that heavy-lepton pairs mediate the production of final states in e/sup -/e/sup +/ annihilation with signature e/sup -/..mu../sup +/, we determine analytically the differential cross section for the process e/sup -/ + e/sup +/ ..-->.. L/sup -/ + L/sup +/ ..-->.. (e/sup -/n..nu..u-bar/sub e/..nu../sub L/) + (..mu../sup +/..nu../sub ..mu../n..nu..u-bar/sub L/). We investigate both V - A and V + A heavy-lepton currents with the inclusion of the heavy-lepton-spin correlation and compare them with the SLAC data. (AIP)
