The energies of the low-lying states of /sup 104/Ag and /sup 106/Ag were deduced from the gamma excitation functions, gamma-gamma coincidences and the gamma threshold measurements for gamma rays from the (p,n..gamma..) reactions on isotropically enriched /sup 104/Pd (95.25 percent) and /sup 106/Pd (96.67 percent) targets. The gamma excitation measurements were made from below threshold for the (p,n) reaction to 1400 keV excitation in steps of 50 keV in the case of /sup 104/Pd and 20 keV in the case of /sup 106/Pd. The threshold measurements were made for several gamma rays with steps less than 5 keV. The gamma-gamma coincidences were performed for six prominent gamma rays in each case namely, 83.7 keV, 123.8 keV, 224.4 keV, 341.2 keV, 269.7 keV, and 212.1 keV in the case of /sup 104/Ag and 95.0 keV, 110.6 keV, 147.9 keV, 234.7 keV, 243.7 keV, 277 keV in the case of /sup 104/Ag. The masses of /sup 104/Ag and /sup 106/Ag nuclei were calculated from the (p,n) reaction Q-values by direct comparison with the /sup 89/Y(p,n) reaction. The masses thus calculated are: 105.906678(11) for /sup 106/Ag and 103.906678(11) for /sup 104/Ag.
