Discussion about patent exchanges in Leuna on June 18, 1937 (in German)

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:7219401
This report detailed a meeting between representatives of the I.G. Farbenindustrie plant in Leuna (as a branch of the main I.G. plant in Ludwigshafen) and the Gewerkschaft Mathias Stinnes of the Ruhroel G.m.b.H. in Essen. There had already been concluded an agreement to share patent application information between the two groups, and this meeting was to work out details of the exchange. There were included short lists of what each plant expected to be investigating (extract chemistry, dyes, pharmaceuticals, solvents, etc.). Then there was a rather long list of recent patent applications by the I.G., mainly concerning coal extracts. No list of the Mathias Stinnes patent applications was given in the report, but it was mentioned that they were listed in a letter to the I.G., Ludwigshafen, of the 21st of the month.
