Suggested methods for installing dust-allaying equipment in bituminous-coal mines

Coal dust is an ever-present coal-mine explosion hazard, and persons forced to breathe large quantities may be more subject to respiratory infection than those working in less dusty atmospheres. Coal dust should be allayed at its source, and this report gives in detail a suggested arrangement of dust-allaying equipment.
