The Fiscal Year (FY) 1990 Defense Waste Management/Environmental Restoration (DW/ER) Program Plan provides a summary of end function schedules, key and major milestones, budget requirements, and work breakdown structure (WBS) information through FY 1996. This Program Plan does not contain all program data included in the 1992 Five-Year Plan, but focuses on the following programs: Environmental Restoration Remedial Actions, Decontamination and Decommissioning, Hanford Environmental Management Plan, Defense Waste Operations, and Defense High-Level Waste Technology. The format of this Program Plan is intended to focus on key program elements. All schedule and budget information has been summarized in a fashion to help the reader better understand the program activities, goals, and integration points.
