The performance indicators in this report have been chosen as a result of the following: Operations Reviews with the Westinghouse Hanford Company (WHC) Management Council; and the WHC Council for Excellence. The report is intended to provide management with a means of quickly assessing current WHC performance in selected key areas. It should also provide a means of anticipating potential problems and areas needing improvement, as indicated by developing trends, so that corrective action may be taken in a timely manner.
