The matrix element for the decay mode K/sup +/..--> pi../sup +/e/sup +/e/sup -/ is considered. It is shown that the theoretical estimates which take into account gluon exchange effects at small distances within the framework of an asymptotically free theory of strong interactions agree with the experimental number. It is shown that the amplitude for the decay K/sup +/..--> pi../sup +/e/sup +/e/sup -/ is not dynamically enhanced, in distinction from the case of nonleptonic decays of K-mesons. Consequences of this fact for the various models of nonleptonic decays are considered.
