This work extends Lyapunov techniques for power system transient stability analysis to system models incorporating voltage magnitude variation, real and reactive power loads, and flux decay effects. A method of estimating the domain of attraction of an asymptotically stable equilibrium in the resulting system of differential equations with algebraic constraints is examined.
