Experimental signal for diquarks in quark-gluon plasma

We will discuss how a substantial presence of diquarks (correlated pairs of light quarks) can alter the ratio of {Lambda}{sub {ital c}}/{Sigma}{sub {ital c}} in heavy-ion collisions. This can be used as a signal for the presence of diquarks in the plasma and also as an indication for the existence of deconfined matter.
