Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:7022907
The purpose of this report is to document the methodology employed in producing the 1994 Edition of the GRI Baseline Projection. The GRI baseline projection involves the integration of analyses done with eight different models. The models are interdependent and are solved in an iterative sequence. The report describes the solution procedures of the models and their respective underlying assumptions. The models analyze the supply and demand for the major fuel types, natural gas, oil, coal, and electricity, within the five major energy consuming sectors of the economy, residential, commercial, industrial, transportation, and electric generation.
