Boron-containing complexes of 1,5-diphenylformazan-3-carboxamides

New bischelate boron-containing complexes of 1,5-diphenylformazan-3-carboxamides were synthesized. In these formazan acts as a quadridentate ligand and coordinates two boron atoms through formazan and amide groups. The PMR spectra were recorded on a Varian CFT-20 spectrometer with a working frequency of 80 MHz in CDCl/sub 3/ and CCl/sub 4/ solutions; internal standard TMS. The /sup 11/B and /sup 13/C NMR spectra were recorded on a Bruker WM-250 spectrometer in DMSO-d/sub 6/ relative to B(OCH/sub 3/)/sub 3/ (external standard) and TMS (internal standard). Mass spectra were recorded on a MAT-112 spectrometer with the direct admission of the sample; ionizing PD 70 eV.
