The Fifth Biennial Electric Utility Marketing Research Symposium, cosponsored by EPRI and the Electric Utility Market Research Council, was held November 18--20, 1992, in Dallas, Texas. The symposium's objectives were to: Provide insights on key issues in market research and utility program marketing; present the latest marketing tools and techniques for increasing customer satisfaction and enhancing program success; and provide a forum for utility professionals to exchange ideas and experiences both on market research and on marketing demand-side management (DSM) programs. These proceedings contain the papers (available at the time of publication) presented at the symposium.
