Rate constants were measured as a function of average center-of-mass kinetic energy, , at several temperatures for the reactions of NO{sup {minus}} with N{sub 2}O, CO{sub 2}, C{sub 2}H{sub 6}, and C{sub 3}H{sub 8}. In addition, temperature dependences were measured for the rate constants of the reactions of NO{sup {minus}} with N{sub 2} and CH{sub 4}. In the reactions of C{sub 2}H{sub 6}, C{sub 3}H{sub 8}, N{sub 2}, and CH{sub 4}, the only channel observed was electron detachment. N{sub 2}O and CO{sub 2} reacted both by electron detachment and, at low temperature and low , by association.
