The aim of this workshop was twofold: (1) to continue to identify areas of fundamental physics that become accessible with a facility such as the proposed LAMPF I accelerator, and (2) to plan specific experiments that aim at such fundamental studies. This volume contains 30 invited papers. Separate abstracts were prepared for 28 of the papers; two papers were previously included in the data base. (WHK)
