This patent describes a method of displacing fluid from a tubing of a well into a well casing. It comprises: providing a valve means having a substantially cylindrical body with a central opening axially extending through the body; providing an upper compression chamber and a lower bellows chamber within the valve body; providing a bellows compression means mounted within the bellows chamber; providing a piston means within the central opening movable in response to an upset balance between a tubing pressure and pressure within the upper compression chamber; providing means for sensing the tubing pressure and transmitting the tubing pressure to the bellows compression means; providing a fluid outlet means allowing fluid communication between the tubing and the casing through the valve body, the fluid communication being normally prevented by a downward position of the piston means; providing means for controlling a flow of fluid through a fluid outlet means.
