Gas pipeline program computes five variables

A new program for hand-held programmable calculators computes pressure drops in natural gas piping from five common variables: flow rate, internal diameter, length, and upstream and downstream pressures. It differs from other methods because it will solve for any one of these variables when the other four are input.
