The Feshbach-type idempotent-projection procedure, developed recently by the author, is applied to closed-channel resonances of He{sup {minus}}. The energies of the well-known two {sup 2}S, two {sup 2}P{sup o}, and one {sup 2}D resonances lying below the 3 {sup 3}S threshold are obtained. Quartet {ital QHQ} spectra of the same symmetries are investigated, and one {sup 4}P{sup o} autoionizing resonance below the 3 {sup 3}S threshold is found.
