Low-temperature pressure-dependent magneto-optic measurements in strained-layer superlattices

Low-temperature magneto-optic data for In/sub 0.2/Ga/sub 0.8/As/GaAs and GaAs/GaP/sub 0.2/As/sub 0.8/ strained-layer superlattice systems are discussed. Also presented are low-temperature, pressure-dependent magneto-optic data for the InGaAs/GaAs SLS system.
