This document describes the format the inputting bibliographic citations, abstracts, and subject content indicators for energy information on computer readable magnetic tape to be incorporated into the DOE data base. This base is used by TIC to generate multiple publications and to support information retrieval activities. Information, or data, pertinent to one bibliographic reference will be called an entry. The entries are logically composed of data elements (such as title, authors, etc.).
