P-odd asymmetry of neutron emission in the fission of /sup 233/U by polarized thermal neutrons

As a result of fission of /sup 233/U by polarized thermal neutrons, it was determined that the fission neutrons are emitted principally in the spin direction of captured neutrons with an asymmetry a/sub n/4.5=(plus-or-minus0.7) x 10/sup -5/.
