A meeting on ''Remedial Actions for Secondary Side Intergranular Corrosion'' was organized in an effort to give those working in this area an opportunity to share their results, ideas and plans. Topics discussed included: (1) results from steam generator tube and tube sheet examinations; (2) plant water chemistry studies associated with causes and prevention of IGA; and (3) retarding IGA and IGSCC rates by control of environments, temperatures, crevice flushing, buffering, etc.
