Properties of pC interactions at p/sub p/ = 10 GeV/c with emission of cumulative pions and protons

In the pictures obtained in the two-meter propane chamber we have selected and analyzed --2000 inelastic pC interactions at p/sub p/ = 10 GeV/c with emission of cumulative pions and protons. We have obtained data on the general characteristics of secondary particles in these events including those for interactions with emission of several cumulative hadrons. We have studied the invariant inclusive cross sections for production of charged cumulative hadrons including their dependence on the emission angle and the type of cumulative interaction, of leading cumulative hadrons, and also of ..gamma.. rays from ..pi../sup 0/ meson decay emitted into the backward hemisphere of the lab system.
