Contribution from the weak neutral Z /sup 0/ current to the amplitude for lepton elastic scattering in a magnetic field

The contribution of the weak Z/sup 0/ current to the amplitude for lepton elastic scattering in a magnetic field is studied in the Weinberg-Salam model. The effect of the magnetic field on radiative corrections to the lepton mass and magnetic moment is investigated. It is shown that in strong fields and at ultrarelativistic energies the contribution of the weak Z/sup 0/ current to the radiative corrections can compete with the corresponding electrodynamical contribution.
