Intensification of coal flotation by preliminary pump aeration

Preliminary pulp aeration has a beneficial influence on coal flotation. Experiments have shown that air bubbles acting on the pulp before reagents are added improve the flotation performance on polydisperse slurry with a high proportion of fines.
