Dual hydraulic set packer
This patent describes a hydraulic well packer. It comprises: a tubular body mandrel having a longitudinal flow passage; a seal element assembly movably mounted on the tubular body mandrel; an anchor slip assembly supported by the tubular body mandrel; a hydraulic actuator assembly movably mounted onto the tubular body mandrel, the hydraulic actuator assembly including first and second movable force transmitting means engageable with the seal element assembly and the anchor slip assembly, respectively; the first movable force transmitting means having an axial slip pocket; a locking rod slideably received within the slip pocket, the locking rod being connected to the second movable force transmitting means.
