Ambiguity of technical-economic indices for thermoelectric power plant

Problems pertaining to improvement of the norm base for design technical-economic calculations in application to systems validations of thermoelectric power plants are considered. With certain assumptions, it is proposed that ambiguous consolidated technical-economic indices for thermoelectric power plants be divided into two parts, one represented as conditionally deterministic and the other as conditionally random. Here the technical-economic indices are expressed integral estimates.
