The experimentally observed energy levels for odd-odd normal-deformed, reflection-asymmetric-deformed, and superdeformed nuclei with 57 {le} Z {le} 81 and 87 {le} N {le} 117 are classified according to their intrinsic structures and associated rotational bands. The literature cutoff date for the data table is August 1995. The article following this one, by B. Singh et al., updates the literature cutoff to March 1998.
