Experimentally observed energy levels of deformed even-even nuclei from {sub 60}Nd to {sub 76}Os having 90 {le} N {le} 114 are classified in terms of their intrinsic structures and associated rotation bands. Characterization of the level energies in terms of yrast and near-yrast spectra, vibrational bands based on the {beta}, {gamma}, octupole, hexadecapole, and multiphonon excitations, multiparticle structures, and their admixtures is specified. Systematics of the {beta}, {gamma}, and octupole bandheads are presented. Results of recent investigations on the occurrence of collective 1{sup +} states {approx} 3-MeV excitation corresponding to the scissors or twisting mode, and also on the possible appearance of superdeformed bands in nuclei of this region, are included. The literature cutoff date for this compilation is December 1989.
