AFBC demonstration. [Atmospheric fluidized bed combustion]

EPRI's research programme on atmospheric fluidised bed combustion is concerned with developing the technology to make it suitable for power-plant application. Progress from a 2MW development unit, through a 20 MW pilot plant to the current 100-200 MW demonstration units is charted.
