Three-dimensional extended supersymmetry in harmonic superspace

We consider three-dimensional extended supersymmetry SUSY/sup 3//sub 3/ within the framework of the harmonic superfield formalism, using SO(3)/SO(2) harmonics. We construct generalized kinetic and topological mass terms for the supergauge theory SYM/sup 3//sub 3/ in terms of an analytic pre-potential. We also construct the action of the N = 3, D = 3 hypermultiplet. Quantum properties of the SYM/sup 3//sub 3/ theory are discussed in the language of harmonic supergraphs.
