Moment T-matrix approach to e/sup +/-H scattering. II. Elastic scattering and total cross section at intermediate energies

Elastic amplitudes for e/sup +/-H scattering are calculated for positron energies from 0.25--1.15 a.u. (approx.7--34 eV), an energy range where pickup and impact-ionization channels are open. These amplitudes are used to calculate the elastic e/sup +/-H cross section, and assuming unitarity, the total e/sup +/-H scattering cross section.
