Progress is reported in epidemiologically-oriented studies on a closed sample population in Hiroshima and Nagasaki exposed to radiation from atomic bombs in 1945. Emphasis is placed on the problems of cancers, aging, and adult diseases, and the growth and development of adolescents exposed in utero or as infants. A list is included of 112 technical reports issued during the period covered by this report.
