The background document provides the Agency's technical support and rationale for the development of treatment standards for the constituents to be regulated for the above-mentioned wastes. The addendum provides the mathematical corrections to the original K001 treatment standards and presents the corrected K001 performance data and calculation of the revised K001 standards and U051 (creosote) standards.
