This background document provides the Agency's rationale and technical support for selecting the constituents to be regulated in K015 nonwaste waters and for developing proposed BDAT treatment standards for those regulated constituents. Treatment standards for K015 waste waters were originally promulgated as part of the 1st 3rds. The document is an addendum to the supporting BDAT background document for K015 dated August 1988. The addendum reflects only revisions pertaining to K015 nonwaste water standards development.
