A method is described for of solidifying noxious wastes contaminated with toxic substances possibly affecting an environmental ecological system, using a cement-type solidifying agent and lipid added and admixed into the noxious wastes, to cause solidification thereof and at the same time fixation of the toxic contaminants, both organic and inorganic, as contained therein.
