This article is a remembrance of the work of Bernard T. Feld, who was a distinguished physicist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and before that, a member of the Manhattan Project. He was best known for his efforts on behalf of world peace and the abolition of nuclear weapons. In this paper, the comments of four of Bernie's friends as well as one of his [open quotes]Bulletin[close quotes] editorials are given.
