Behavior of simultaneously heated cadmium and selenium diethyldithiocarbamates

This paper investigates the pyrolysis of cadmium and selenium diethyldithiocarbamates and the consequent vapor phase epitaxy and recrystallization of selenium, CdS/sub 0.79/Se/sub 0.21/ and cadmium monosulfide, using x-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy and differential thermal analysis.
