The Lane Council of Governments has completed a year-long energy planning program in Lane County with funding provided, in part, by the Bonneville Power Administration. This report provides an overview of the Energy Electric Planning Program's objectives, planning process, findings and recommendations. The primary objective of the Energy Program was to develop local governmental conservation and renewable resource priorities in Lane County. These priorities, in turn, have been presented in the form of recommendations to local govenrnments in Lane County.
