Nuclear Safeguards Research and Development program status report. Progress report, Jauary--April 1978
This report presents the status of the Nuclear Safeguards Research and Development program pursued by LASL Safeguards Groups Q-1, Q-2, Q-3, and Q-4. Topics covered include nondestructive assay technology development and applications, international safeguards, perimeter safeguards and surveillance, concepts and subsystems development (e.g., DYMAC program), integrated safeguards systems, training courses, and technology transfer. Salient features of the program and technical progress during the current reporting period are outined in the Executive Summary.
